What's a "fren?"

A Fr(i)en(d) is a small, squishy animal that attaches to your phone, or tablet charger to protect it from splitting and breaking. They are also the most loyal companion you can bring with you everywhere.

Where are my Frens born?

We raise all our Frens on our organic non-GMO farm.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide!

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from Minneapolis, Minnesota, U.S.A

Will I receive a confirmation email once my order is placed?

Yes. We'll send you an email right after you complete the checkout process to confirm your order went through. If you didn't receive a confirmation email please contact us. 

Will I receive a tracking number with my order?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number once your Fren is shipped. 

How long until I receive my Fren(s)?

Delivery time depends on multiple factors which include: the type of product you are buying, the location you are purchasing from and day of the week. Most Frens are shipped within 1-2 days once purchased. Orders within the US (domestic) can take anywhere from 2-5+ business days.

Standard international shipping takes 2-3 weeks depending on delivery location. Keep in mind, delays may occur due to the customs process.

All delivery dates provided by the postal service are estimates not guarantees. Keep in mind the post office isn't open on Sunday/Holidays so those days don't count as business days.

Please contact your local post office with any issues/questions regarding your tracking number.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not been fulfilled yet, it is eligible for cancellation. However, if it has been fulfilled, it must be returned to us before it can be refunded. Please contact us immediately if you made a mistake when ordering and we can do our best to fix it if it hasn't been shipped. 

Can I refund or exchange my order?

Refunds are only permissible if your Fren arrives broken :( If that is the case we ask you provide a picture of the broken Fren when contacting us. We will take care of replacing your friend at no extra charge.

Can I trust you, Fren?

Of course! We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server.  In other words, we cast a shield of protection on our website so no bad guys in cyber space can access your payment info. We do not see your credit card/payment info and we do not store your payment info.

How do I place an order for a Fren?

Placing an order on FrenAccessories.com is easy and safe. Once you have found your perfect Fren simply click on the "Add to Cart" button to place it in your Shopping Cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.

How can I pay?
